Check out Concierge – Your Practice’s Workhorse

The definition of concierge per Merriam-Webster Dictionary is as follows:

Concierge: 1.  a resident in an apartment building especially in France who serves as doorkeeper, landlord’s representative, and janitor.  2.  a usually multilingual hotel staff member who handles luggage and mail, makes reservations, and arranges tours; broadly: a person employed (as by a business) to make arrangements or run errands.

As medical practices have faced the challenges of dropping reimbursement, higher liability insurance costs, and new regulations in the past decade, it has forced doctors to think of new ways to provide the best care for their patients.  Some doctors have opened concierge practices or “direct care” practices where the patient pays an annual fee to have more of a direct relationship with the provider.  The doctor can almost be considered as serving on retainer.  For the patient, this can mean more time with the doctor since the doctor services fewer patients overall because of the guaranteed annual revenue from the retainer fee.

So what does the definition of concierge have to do with DGN Consulting Group?  We find ourselves as a concierge service as well.  Doctors come to us to look for answers or gather advice and we try, as a true concierge would, to do whatever it takes to please the guest.  In the EMR/EHR world, CareCloud has introduced an option to physician practices that gives the same “direct care” approach to their clients.  Their “Concierge” service works very similar to an outside billing company, but provides the following extra benefits:

  • Real-time access to the progress of the CareCloud billing and claims management progress – instead of having to wait for a weekly, or monthly report from your outside billing and collection process, see up-to-the-minute progress when using CareCloud’s cloud-based platform.
  • For the same price as a regular outside billing company, clients have access to the full suite of CareCloud’s offerings when using the Concierge service.  Access to both the practice management and EHR platforms are included when using the Concierge service.
  • Carrier rules and regulations are updated regularly to make sure that fewer claims are rejected and revenues flow smoothly into the practice.
  • Excellent customer support is provided when using the Concierge service.

These are just a few of the reasons why so many doctors are now using CareCloud’s Concierge service.  It can be the workhorse for your practice and let you, the physician, focus on your patients to provide them with the best care possible.

DGN Consulting Group would love to introduce you to Concierge by CareCloud.  Contact us to set up an online demo and see how Concierge can make your whole practice run smoothly.
